This was just a trial version of the game, but it seems that the whole pack was discontinued by Microsoft. Now, the only way to acquire the game is through Amazon. I have performed a search on the Amazon and it seems that it's available for purchasing. Visit Amazon and search using this string: Microsoft Entertainment Pack Puzzle Collection - PC.
The answer is no, you can't install this application in Windows 7 because of the compatibility issues. The software was released a very long time ago therefore compatibility doesn't exist. If you have Windows 7, install Windows XP Mode to open software. Once XP mode is installed, right click the application and run it in virtualized mode. If it does not work, it means that this pack is not compatible with XP or 7 at all .
To install the package, right click it and choose Troubleshoot Compatibility. Use Windows XP as recommended OS and then right click the setup file and select Run as Administrator and it will work. I have done this and the games are installed and running normally.
